Wellness Retreat

The company offers two options for team building activities: Innovation Days, where groups can pitch and implement ideas to help the business, and Staycation-style retreats, where managers can take their teams to a local offsite venue for brainstorming and building work relationships.

Innovation Days usually last 1-2 days and can be held onsite or at a recommended venue, while Staycations are typically 5-7 days and are hosted at one of the company's facilities. This is a great option for organizations who are in need of buidling autonomy throughout their organization!
