A trained healer channels the universal life force energy within and around the recipient, becoming a conduit, and moves the energy through the recipient to heal them. Unlocking and moving the flow of energy throughout the physical body and aura field allows people to feel less stressed, promotes mental clarity and memory, eases physical pain and ailments.

Reiki cleanses a person’s energy, removing the parts of their energy that no longer serves them on a cellular level. This allows the recipient’s energy and cells to replenish and heal itself.
