This practice is for all levels of yoga especially beginners to the yoga practice. This class is used to slow down the mind and the body. This practice is used to open your mind and your body with deep breathing and stretching. This practice is used to relax the body and muscles with deep stretching. Props can be used such as a blanket, or bolster.
