Do you need to release stress from the week? Are you losing focus on your goals and aspirations in life? This practice strives to lower your stress levels through guided meditation. This practice is used to align your higher thoughts with your mind, body, and spirit. This class is for an hour and is geared toward our intermediate level meditation sessions!
