Join us for yoga in the courtyard at Swamp City Gallery Lounge! We will start our practice with breathing & love for self! We will start with positive affirmations as well as small body movements to align our breath with our body! If this is your first yoga class, then this is the right class for you! We will guide you into learning more about yourself though breathwork and guided movements! Classes start July 5th at 6:00pm EST Bi-weekly! We hope to see you on your mat!
